You only know of a person what they choose to disclose to you. She had little to no idea about his past, because like a majority of criminals he was charming and deceptive. She was making every effort to leave him alone. I believe when more details come out you'll all hopefully feel horrible about the things that you've said. Most reports have yet to inform you that Jill was in fact pregnant. In some states this would be considered a double homicide. She had spent days away from her apartment in terror of this man and was returning to gather things for the the next few days she would spend hiding from him. In no way, shape or form was this HER fault. You should be ashamed of yourself for expressing that view. If I was a lesser person I would wish the same things to happen to someone close to you and see how your views on the subject change. Fortunately, I know compassion and have wisdom far beyond you.
